How to order Products

You just found one of our luxury eco-conscious products that you would like to buy, please click on the button "Add to cart". This will be added to a virtual "shopping cart" managed by PayPal offering improved security. Please refer to PayPal security guarantee options. Payment can be made with credit card or with PayPal account.

Please note , your order represents an offer to us to purchase that Product, which we may choose to accept or refuse - it does not represent a legally binding contract. Whilst we will do our best to fulfill your order (once it is accepted), we cannot guarantee to do so (for example, where we are out of stock, where your card issuer re fuses to authorise your payment or where Products have been incorrectly priced on our Website). Your offer is accepted by us and becomes binding only when we expressly confirm your order in writing (either by invoice submitted with Products delivered, e-mail or otherwise).

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

•  The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

•  You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

If the products cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us. We will confirm our acceptance of your order on receipt of cleared funds by email (where a valid email address is provided). We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. We will offer a refund on any unused handbags within 30 days from your return request, email. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact. You will receive details instruction on how to return goods purchased from www.antonellotedde.co.uk .

We will refund the original credit card charged only.

Late Returns. You should return items within 14 days of the date you e-mailed us your intention to return the goods. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Antonello Tedde, and depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a credit on your next purchase. Please note: e-mail or mail expressing your dissatisfaction with the goods will have to be submitted within 7 days at the address provided on this page (also specified on return papers), after this date approval will also be granted at our discretion.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

You must pay any postage costs incurred when returning the Products with the ecception of a faulty or damaged product .

We will also refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged.

Cancellation of made-to-order products

Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price. In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty

These Terms are governed by English law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you and we shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
